How To Use- Inhalation: Gently breathe in the bright scents.Beauty: Be gym-ready, adding one or two drops to your chest (diluting if needed) for a burst of motivation.
- Bathing: Add 6-8 drops into a hot bath for ultimate relaxation.
- Massage: Dilute a few drops into 10 ml of Young Living V-6® Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex for a blissful massage.
- Perfume: Works well with Joy, Release or Inner Child essential oil blends.
- Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitve skin. Use as needed.
- Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
